This website (the “Site”) is operated by MED IVD HEALTHTECH S.L. (the “Company”). Access to and use of the Site are governed by this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy (together, the “Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the Terms.

2) Purpose and scope of use
The Site provides corporate information about our services as a clinical research organization (CRO) and related medtech/IVD consulting. Access to the Site is free of charge (excluding connection costs) and conditioned on compliance with the Terms. If you contract services with us, the corresponding contract and specific conditions will prevail in case of conflict.
3) Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site—including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audiovisual or sound elements, software, and design (the “Content”)—is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, any reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, or exploitation of the Content is prohibited. Trademarks and trade names displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners; no license is granted by access to the Site.
4) Acceptable use; prohibitions
The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and diligently and, in particular, not to:
- Damage, disable, overload, impair, or hinder the normal functioning of the Site or the networks that support it.

The Site may include links to third‑party websites. Such links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply any endorsement of the linked content. We do not control or assume responsibility for such websites or their terms and policies.

Links to the Site are permitted provided that they: (i) do not misrepresent or imply a relationship, endorsement, or sponsorship that does not exist; (ii) do not frame the Site or its Content; and (iii) comply with applicable laws and this Legal Notice. We reserve the right to request the removal of any link to the Site at our discretion.
6) Personal data and privacy
Processing of personal data via the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers, retention periods, and users’ rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD). Where required by law, we provide layered information at the point of data collection.
If we appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), the DPO’s contact details will be included in the Privacy Policy and in the information layers provided on the Site.
7) Cookies
The Site uses cookies or similar technologies as described in our Cookies Policy. On your first visit, and whenever settings change, we will display a consent banner that allows you to accept, reject, or configure non‑essential cookies, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If the Site enables electronic contracting, the relevant pre‑contractual and post‑contractual information will be provided before the contracting step, in a clear and comprehensible manner, including applicable terms, pricing and taxes (where relevant), acceptance mechanisms, technical means to identify and correct input errors, and archive/access of the electronic document. Proof of transactions and communications may be kept using reliable means.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of systems and services. However, no Internet transmission or storage system is entirely secure; users should adopt suitable precautions when browsing.
11) Consumer information
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may have specific statutory rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The former EU ODR platform has been discontinued by law and is no longer available. Consequently, we do not provide an ODR link. Consumers may contact the AEPD for data‑protection complaints, or the competent consumer authorities and out‑of‑court dispute resolution bodies in their place of residence.
12) Accessibility
We seek to make the Site accessible and usable for all users and will progressively implement improvements consistent with applicable accessibility standards.
13) Modifications
We may modify this Legal Notice to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date and will be effective upon publication.
14) Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
- If you are not a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
- If you are a consumer, the competent courts will be those of your domicile or the Company’s domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer‑protection law.
